Can I get my money back?
No. Coins are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money. Only top up what you plan to spend on books.
What is the minimum top-up?
The smallest package is ₹100.00. There is no maximum beyond the largest package shown above.
Do I have to use coins?
Not at all. You can pay by card or UPI for any book. Coins simply cost less, and card payments earn 5% back in coins.
What happens if a book is removed from the store?
Nothing changes for you. Anything already in your library stays there and stays downloadable.
