Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Downloads are tied to your account and are logged. Sharing an account may result in suspension.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read the file. You may keep copies on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell or publish the file.

3. Coins

Coins are prepaid store credit denominated by us. Coins are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no value outside this store. The minimum top-up amount is displayed on the top-up page and may change.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Downloads

Each purchased title may be downloaded a limited number of times, shown on the book's page in your library. Contact support if you need the limit raised — we are reasonable about genuine cases.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that redistributes files or abuses the coin system, and may revoke access to titles obtained through that abuse.
