What format are the books in?
PDF unless the book's page says otherwise. Every book page lists the format and file size before you buy.
Can I read on my phone?
Yes. The file is yours — open it in any reader app on any device you own.
How many times can I download a book?
The limit is shown on the book's page in your library. If you hit it because of a lost device, just ask us.
Do coins expire?
No. But they cannot be refunded or converted back to money.
Why is the coin price lower than the card price?
Card payments carry a per-transaction fee. A wallet top-up carries that fee once, so we pass the difference back to you.
