Books
Because every purchase is delivered instantly and permanently, a title that has already been downloaded cannot be refunded. If you have not downloaded a title, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving the book, contact us with the payment reference. Verified duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Coins
Coins are non-refundable. They are prepaid store credit, cannot be converted back to money and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Please top up only what you intend to spend on books. This is stated again on the top-up page before you pay.
